Our Retail Brand Representative position is for the unmotivated and introverted individual that always put themselves above others, passes the time playing games on their phone, and can’t wait to get fired for completely missing the goals they didn’t know they had. Just kidding.

We’re looking for the exact opposite of that.

We are a new company though, and with a ground floor opportunity to grow with the right individual. The flooring industry and home improvement overall are in need of a big shake up. Homeowners currently settle for delayed and poorly installed jobs that often go over budget despite delivering under expectations. Most homeowners pick out a product they like and let any installer the store sends out do the job. Midwest Flooring Company is changing everything about that horrible way of doing business and treating people.

We treat people well, do things better, and want team members that give a crap. We promise to treat them well and keep getting better.
